This will be a brainstorming session to consider how to accelerate the transformation of education to align with the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The possibility of orchestrating a major happening around November 20th, designated to celebrate the ratification of the Convention will be considered. The self-hosting model provided by the Learning Planet Institute could be used as a decentralized way to conduct a major collaboration by many advocates of human rights without over-burdening a small group.

The goal is to strengthen a community of practice base on human rights that accelerates the flow of resources from conventional school to learning environment base on what we know about human flourishing. Such learning environments promise to cultivate a global population with the capacity to address the pressing problems of our times.
