Unique Facilitator Position with Extended International Travel

We are creating a traveling Agile Learning Community, alternating self-directed learning sessions at a dedicated space in north Florida, USA with sessions of International travel.

We are seeking a facilitator/director to co-create the culture and learning environment we all need to truly thrive. We will provide additional training and support as needed and will cover travel and lodging expenses while away. Housing in a private room onsite while in Gainesville. We also offer a monthly stipend based on experience and location.

We believe our ideal candidate will have:

– depth in the practical application of the Agile Learning Model
– a passion for and longstanding personal practice of self-directed learning
– experience with and desire for international travel
– a high degree of self-awareness
– experience with tools like authentic relating and non-violent communication
– a resilient, playful, and curious nature.
– excellence in communication
– competence in working with adolescents ages 4-18 (though not all in one group)
– a US passport or the ability to enter the US easily multiple times each year.
– Fluent conversational English

Between August 20-November 16, 2023 we will be in Peru and invite our Facilitator/Director to join us for visioning and planning.
