Are you new, or semi-new, to Self-Directed Education (SDE)? In this workshop, Bria Bloom, of the Alliance for Self-Directed Education, will share about what SDE is, the underlying values and optimizing conditions for SDE to flourish, the many and varied ways SDE can look in practice, and answer any questions you have about Self-Directed Education, SDE school and community models, The Alliance for Self-Directed Education, and partnership parenting as it relates to SDE. Join this session if you are a parent looking for other options for your young people, an educator who wants to learn about a different way of relating with young people, and/or are looking to learn more about SDE and how it shows up in the world.
