– Is excited to work with young people in an anti-adultist setting
– Wants to share in their interests and passions with others
– Is self-motivated in a non-hierarchical working group
– Is good at communicating and open to coming in some days at 8:45 am to open
– Committed to the work of deschooling, decolonization, and conflict resolution
– Strongly encouraged to apply if you identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+
