Job Description
Full Time
Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000
The most important qualifications for this role:
● At least 5 years experience working with young children, preferably with multiple years in a leadership role
● You are good at noticing what needs to be done, and comfortable delegating tasks to others
● You enjoy being outdoors most of the day! This role will primarily oversee our outdoor play yard. A fit for this role is someone who is happy to be outdoors year-round.
● You enjoy planning activities and organizing physical spaces
● You know how to talk so kids will listen
● You aren’t afraid to get a little dirty (and for kids to get messy, too!)
