Philly Agile Learning Community is hiring a part-time facilitator to work with our community of unschoolers (roughly ages 5 – 15) and in partnership with the rest of the school’s staff team, students, and parents. Agile Learning Facilitators (ALF) act as models, space-holders, and mentors of self-directed living and intentional culture creation. Above all, facilitators need to be grounded in the perspective of trusting children, community-based relationships, and personal responsibility. Facilitators support students by: helping to connect them to resources, assisting them in making plans, leading and/or supporting offerings, facilitating conflict resolution, and helping to maintain safety.

The Basics:
Position Title: Agile Learning Facilitator (ALF)
Starting Pay: Part time ALFs will be paid $20/hour.
Hours Available: Approx. 22 hours/week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Our school day takes place 8:30am to 4pm
