The facilitator position will be part-time to begin, with potential to develop into full-time. Starting pay is $20/hour and will increase to $25/hour after the first six months if it is a good fit. Because we meet in nature, we are looking for individuals with experience working with groups of children outdoors. We like to hire folks with a range of creative skills who are dependable and dedicated to cultivating respectful relationships. Some skills that would be a good fit for our community are: ancestral skills, musicians, artists, farmers, gardeners, permaculture, carpentry, animal whisperers, film makers, cooks, herbalists, martial arts, storytellers, surfers, backpackers, aerial arts...you get the idea! We are a relatively new program (we are in our third year) and are looking for team members who are interested in growing along with us, contributing your ideas and passion to help support and shape our growing community.
