Forum Guidelines

The basics: We’re here to learn! Please respect yourself, others, and the space!

No name calling, threats, or aggressive language.

Speak for yourself, your experiences, what you notice and what you feel. Instead of assuming or generalizing others’ experiences, use “I” statements and let other people speak for themselves.

Assume best intent; attend to impact.

Remember conversations are much more interesting than sales pitches.

Be open to being challenged on oppressive perspectives, such as racism, sexism, or homophobia.
